These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph880 ("ph880," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph880 website located at ph880.club, including all associated mobile applications, software, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any ph880 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph880 Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use the ph880 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine gaming laws and regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph880, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the ph880 Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

ph880 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph880 may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on ph880, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all ph880 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register and maintain only one ph880 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph880 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ph880 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Ownership: ph880 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits to another person.
• KYC Verification: ph880 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all documentation requested by ph880 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

ph880 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the ph880 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ph880 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. ph880 does not accept credit card gambling deposits or any form of cryptocurrency.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the ph880 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Currency: All transactions on the ph880 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within seconds. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the ph880 cashier. ph880 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
• Source of Funds: ph880 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph880 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the player.

ph880 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ph880 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain regions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, hedging bets, or other strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. ph880 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your ph880 account at any given time.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal.

ph880 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in active use by players.

All games available on the ph880 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply to all gaming activity on ph880:

• RNG Certification: All ph880 random number generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheel, dice) and is not subject to RNG manipulation.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ph880 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. ph880 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the wagered stake.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. ph880 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Game History: ph880 maintains a complete record of all game transactions. In the event of a dispute, ph880's server records shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph880 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your ph880 account.
• Money Laundering: Using the ph880 Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games or interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured game settings to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed by ph880.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to ph880.
• Impersonation: Impersonating another player, ph880 employee, or any other person in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the ph880 Platform by any person under the age of 21.

All content on the ph880 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design (collectively, "ph880 Content"), is the exclusive property of ph880 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph880 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph880 Content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ph880 software or game code.
• Use any ph880 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph880 Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of ph880 Content will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph880 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph880 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances beyond ph880's reasonable control.
• Damages arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

ph880's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph880 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph880's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph880 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: ph880 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the verified payment source.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ph880 account at any time via the account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time limits to control the duration of their gaming sessions. ph880 will display session duration notifications to help players stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: ph880 provides optional reality check notifications that remind players of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.

ph880 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, ph880 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ph880 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph880, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ph880 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.

Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by ph880 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or such other regulatory body as may have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the complaint.

ph880 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph880 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the ph880 website at ph880.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph880 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
